The 250 monthly credits are shared across the whole team. Monthly questions (600) are counted per member.
From the Team section of the dashboard you invite each person by email and choose whether they are an admin or a member. Only people who accept the invitation count for billing: pending invitations cost nothing.
In Team you see each person’s usage and can set a monthly credit cap for each of them, or remove it whenever you want.
Billing follows the number of active members: when a person leaves or you remove them, their seat stops counting.
