For YouTube channel owners who wish to opt out of text and data mining under EU Directive 2019/790 Art. 4, or who have a copyright or privacy concern.

What happens after you submit?

  • Your request is logged and reviewed by our compliance team.
  • If approved, your channel will be added to our opt-out registry and any derived content (transcripts, summaries, knowledge base entries) will be removed.
  • Future imports of your channel will be permanently blocked.
  • Review typically takes up to 5 business days.
