3.1 AI Processing (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude)

TubExperto uses artificial intelligence models from Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude to provide AI-powered responses. When you interact with an expert:

Google Gemini:

  • Data sent: Your questions and relevant video transcript segments
  • Purpose: Generate contextual answers based on video content
  • Retention: Google does not use API data for training (as per their API terms)
  • Location: Data may be processed in Google data centers worldwide

Anthropic Claude:

  • Data sent: Your questions and contextual fragments of video content
  • Purpose: Advanced response generation and deep semantic analysis
  • Retention: Anthropic does not train models on API data (per Commercial Terms)
  • Location: Processing on Anthropic infrastructure (AWS US)

Important: Neither of these AI providers uses your conversations to train their public models. Your data is only processed to generate real-time responses and is not permanently stored by the AI providers.

3.2 Cloud Storage (Cloudflare R2)

TubExperto uses Cloudflare R2 to store the content generated from your activity on the platform: podcasts, infographics, and dubbing audio.

  • Data stored: Podcasts, infographics, and dubbing audio generated from your AI experts
  • Purpose: Securely host the media files you generate and make them available when you access them
  • Retention: Files are kept while your account is active, per section 6 (Data Retention)
  • Location: Cloudflare operates a global network of data centers; transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by Cloudflare's contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses)
