AI Explained

Resumen

This video analyzes the landscape of frontier AI models following the release of Fable 5 and GPT 5.6 Soul. The host explores how increased US government oversight and safety guardrails are impacting accessibility and model performance. By breaking down recent benchmarks, pricing strategies, and the competitive dynamic between OpenAI and Anthropic, the video highlights how market power is concentrating. It also touches on the geopolitical implications of model distillation and the long-term trend favoring large-scale models over smaller, open-weight alternatives.
